At a session titled ‘Promoting Filmmaking in Madhya Pradesh,’ Pankaj Tripathi, CBFC member Vani Tripathi Tikoo, OMG director Amit Rai, and senior tourism officials from MP will discuss strategies to promote more film shoots in the state. In the last decade, MP has been awarded the ‘Most Film-Friendly State’ twice (in 2017 and 2022) for providing a hassle-free experience to production houses and creating a film-shooting friendly infrastructure.
Panelists say that the idea behind the panel discussion in the knowledge series section is to invite more Indian and foreign filmmakers to the state and to inform them about incentives.
Vani Tripathi Tikoo, CBFC member, producer and actor says,”MP offers a kind of diversity not available in any other state.
