BISMARCK – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), member of the Senate Setting and Public Works (EPW) Subcommittee on Transportation and Infrastructure, introduced the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded a complete of $2,446,000 to North Dakota regional airports.

The sources are from the Infrastructure Funding and Jobs Act (IIJA) and will likely be administered as outlined beneath.  

  • Jamestown Regional Airport: $705,000 to rehabilitate elements of Taxiway E, a number of normal aviation aprons, and a number of taxilanes
  • Linton Municipal Airport Authority: $304,000 to reconstruct 1,750 toes of the prevailing entry highway
  • Wahpeton Airport Authority: $304,000 to restore 5,700 toes of Taxiway A pavement
  • Kenmare Municipal Airport Authority: $304,000 to reconstruct 1,750 toes of the prevailing entry highway
  • Barnes County Municipal Airport Authority: $247,000 to amass a alternative service car and snow blower attachment
  • Standing Rock Tribe: $223,000 to assemble a 400-square-foot terminal constructing, together with a pilot briefing space for flight planning and coordination
  • Gwinner Municipal Airport Authority: $200,000 to reconstruct 200 toes of current taxilane pavement
  • Casselton Regional Airport Authority: $159,000 to reconstruct 1,750 toes of the prevailing entry highway
