UTICA — Oneida County Tourism President Kelly Blazosky has been appointed to the New York State Tourism Advisory Council by Gov. Kathy Hochul to characterize Oneida County and the Central New York ILNY Trip Area.

The council consists of appointed tourism professionals dedicated to supporting the tourism business within the state and advising the state’s Division of Tourism to assist encourage financial development by way of visitation.
